HUDA Residential Plots Scheme at Karnal Sector-16 for BPL Families

Haryana Urban Development Authority launched a residential plots scheme. Specially for the BPL families in 2019. HUDA Residential Plots Scheme launched the plots in the Sector-16 and Balmiki Basti Se ctor-12 Karnal. It is latest housing scheme in the Haryana state. Booking of the plots and registration form submitting date will be coming soon.

This plot scheme is only for the BPL family. HUDA are invited the BPL families for the latest plots scheme in the Haryana state. The BPL families can apply this scheme in the offline mode and occupants of Balmiki Basti.

Details of HUDA Residential Plots Scheme 2019:

The HUDA authority is offering 424 residential plots for the BPL families. Only for that families who are living in the Balmiki Basti. There are two types of plots are available.BPL and the Balmiki Basti families for the sale, 2 Marla and 3 Marla.

How to Apply HUDA Registration Form:

Interested BPL or Balmiki Basti families can apply for this plots scheme. They can apply the registration form in the offline mode. Some terms and condition from the Officer of Estate, HUDA, Karnal by paying Rs 50/-. It can also be purchased from the bank. After purchasing the form for HUDA BPL plot. Applicants will have to fill it with accurate details. Submit the registration form in the same bank branch. Registration amount which is 10% of tentative cost of a unit.

After purchasing the plots from the HUDA. Applicants have to fill the registration form with the full details and fill the correct information.Candidates have to submit the registration from to the same bank where they purchase the registration form. They have to pay the registration amount. The registration amount is 10% to the total amount of plot.

HUDA BPL Plot Scheme 2019 Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Candidate who are apply in the HUDA BPL Plots Scheme 2019 they are 18 years or more then 18 years can apply in this plots scheme.
  2. Only they can apply in the plots who has the state domicile certificate and they are living in the Haryana form the last 15 years.
  3. The candidate who are applying in HUDA Residential Plots Scheme their family annul income is less then the 3,00,000) including all the family member of the candidate.
  4. Applicant who do not have a residential plot, housing in the any member of the applicant family only that family candidate can apply for the HUDA BPL plot Scheme 2019.
  5. Haryana Government Employees, Employees of its Board & Corporation, Employees in Municipal Corporation/committee, Improvement Trust and Co-operative banks of Haryana Government are eligible for the HUDA BPL Plot Scheme 2019.
  6. Candidate must have their Pan Card at a time of form Registration and they should also check that pan card number is correct.
  7. Applicant with the wrong information and the incorrect details they are suspended from the HUDA Residential Plots Scheme 2019.
